You are receiving this documentation because you have expressed an interest in becoming an associate of the Prim'xela Institute, or "The Academy". [ You must be either a cleric, druid or mage to join the Academy OR have taken Magical Affinity as a skill. ]
We commend you for choosing this path. Rest assured, it will not be easy: you will require discipline, knowledge and patience, but the means will very much justify the ends. Whatever path of magic you feel fits you the most, the masters of the College will do everything they can to nurture your gift. In the end, however, it falls upon you and your own learning.

WHAT WE DO AND WHAT WE EXPECT
First and foremost, though we are a school of learning you will not be expected to simply study from books, there will always be practical elements to your studies, as well as assessment and examination.
Our first step is to help you learn how to control your gifts. You will be assigned to a Master, who will deal with your education until you are deemed worthy of the esteemed ranking of Magi.
More information regarding your curriculum, learning and what you need to complete to garner rank and distinction in the College will be given upon acceptance to the School.
THE APPLICATION
Please be as detailed as possible when answering the questions, the more detail the easier it will be for us to conduct your initial testing and place you into the correct House. We understand that some people may already have learned magical ability, and you will have an opportunity to share that information. Regardless of past magical history, all applicants to the college will start out no higher than Apprentice level; most will start out as Initiate.

3. Please provide a copy of your spell tome, book or grimoire of ONE to FIVE spells for acceptance. You must provide at least one to begin with to be accepted.
4. Please explain how you cast a spell (i.e. do you use a wand, runes, vocal incantations or cantrips, motions, spellbook, your own mind, soul energy, the elements, etc?). If you have read our House information and know which House you should be sorted into, go ahead and name that here:
5. Please explain what magic you are interested in learning, or focusing on. :
6. ( What time zone are you in, and when are you available for training sessions? ) :
