Kingdom of Peil Nabil
Peil Nabil is a cold kingdom in the northern reaches of Eldon Heath, much of the area would be considered steppe, and the forest is very thick and dark.
Ter'istas
Klachan Arisa
Peil Nabal, and the cities of Ter'istas and Klachan Arisa have been the ancestral home of the Xe'kh'ron since they were born from Xeladra. These lands were settled because they were for the most part unclaimed in the realm of Eldon Heath, other than being subject to rule by the Ela'kh'ron. They were also chosen because of their level of altitude. They were much closer to the moon and to the Gods from this location. While much of the land was cold and covered in thick trees, some areas were open to allow the moon's glow to land upon the ground. In these open areas, the Xe'kh'ron thrived.
Klachan Arisa is the larger of the two cities of Xe'kh'ron. Their population is about 95% Xe'kh'ron, followed by 2% Twa'kh'ron, 1% Lo'kh'ron, and 1% Uv'kh'ron, and 1% all other races or Kh'ron.
Arisa Center
The weather tends to be very cold all year long so the buildings are close to the ground and they tend to be closer together to help share the warmth than other buildings throughout the realm of Eldon Heath. The buildings are set up in rows of circles, circling out from the center where a large fire is lit continuously. The fire isn't normal orange fire, instead it is a white fire. The fire is said to be the moon's glow, a gift from Xeladra to her children.
The center of town, around the Moon Flame, is where festivals and gatherings are held to celebrate different phases of the moon. The Full Moon Festival is held once a month. For three days those that live in the outside lands travel in to sell their wares, enjoy stories and dancing. This Festival serves as Market Day. This is only celebrated by the locals of the Kingdom of Peil Nabal.
Twice a year during the Lunar Eclipse (approximately once every six months), there is the Lunar Festival which is celebrated throughout Peil Nabal but the largest celebration is in Arisa Center. This festival includes debuts of new inventions as well as a very larger than life performance of how the Xe'kh'ron were born. This includes the mythology of Xeladra's life, death, and then rebirth. The darkness of the Lunar Eclipse is viewed as the time of Xeladra's death, and the reemergence of the moon being her rebirth. The Lunar Festival is also the time where Xe'kh'rons make offerings to Xeladra and send prayers her way.
Pale Moon Inn
The Pale Moon Inn is the largest Inn in Klachan Arisa. It is the most frequented and most highly recommended. It has been owned by the same family for centuries and most of the building holds the original style from the original construction. It had been burned down once before in the Klachan Fire.
The main room is extremely low key. It has a large selection of tables, fainting couches, and floor cushions. The style is in Silver and Blue (Klachan Arisa's colors). The main room also serves as a large bar area and has a small stage area where entertainers work. The rooms of the inn vary for their customer clientele. The rooms closest to the main hall are the cheapest and hold a bed, chamber pot, and firepit. The room farthest from the main room is the Xeladra Suite and costs several thousand a night. This room includes two beds, sitting room, firepit, chamber pot, bathing tub, as well as complimentary dinner and breakfast.
Xedric's Curious Wonders
One shop is known throughout Eldon Heath as a place where to find unusual items. This is Xedric's Curious Wonders. It was opened about 50 years ago by Xedric Csaan. Xedric is a Xe'kh'ron that traveled all throughout Eldon Heath and the adjacent realms on Spyridon collecting unusual items. Most times they do not appear to be anything of particular value, but rather have mysteries properties about them.
The shop is extremely dusty and to find anything in particular one would really have to hunt through boxes and under papers. Items are stacked up almost to the ceiling with narrow walkways leading around the shop. Xedric usually keeps a listing of all the items he has and updates it as quickly as possible with whatever the specific item does, but it is not always easy to find that list in all the mess! Xedric is willing to trade some items, especially if the new item he is receiving is new and the magical property already discovered.

Duvhall
Duvhall is the largest town within the Forest of Darkness. Though there are many smaller villages and hamlets within the Forest of Darkness where the twi'kh'ron live, this is the main town in this area. Twi'kh'ron from this forest tend to be much paler than others.
White Hart Inn
"Misty Plains"
The ethereal home of the lo'kh'ron, and where spirits go to bide time before being born into a new body, this remains a mysterious place to most of Eldon Heath.
