Breaking your fast? The finest chicken and robins eggs made to your liking. Bacon and pork. Oats and pourage, cheese wheels and hard bread.
Dinner service always to include suckling pig, and often times roasted boar, wild hare, boiled chicken with numerous courses to come before. Nuts and berries, crusted bread, stewed beef and ham, stewed beets, smashed gord, hardened bread and spicy paste, spinached salad. Trout and other river catches based on availability, crab and eel when available. Try our soon to be famous Spiced and Hot Beef Stew with hard bread and barley!

The Pale Horse Inne. Oh how he was starting to despise that name. Sure, it had been a cornerstone for RAS for at least a year now, as it offered new adventurers are free week of lodging and food. How could one compete? Well there were ways...

"THE GOLDEN INN AND WIN, CASINO AND WHOREHOUSE! COME FOR THE FOOD, STAY FOR THE TAIL AND END IT WITH SOME ALE! IT'S JUST A MILE AWAY TO TRY YOUR LUCK, EAT SOME DUCK AND LEAVE WITH A SMILE! FREE SUPPER MEAL WITH EVERY NIGHTS STAY.

These criers were placed at nearly every avenue upon the entrance to Gwyndolen city and abroad; and -especially- within earshot of The Pale Horse Inn. Abel had a decent turnout for the first week of business, a pretty good haul in which he would reinvest in sultry wenches and food stock. But the adventurers? Those RAS veterans and rookies alike, he hadn't seen there kind in his establishment. And that just couldn't be...

It had seemingly begun. The man entered the Inne as a stranger and became his first source. Abel needed men like this fire haired warrior, willing to do what it takes for some coin. Or in this case free room and board. It would start with oranges, the rare and delictable treat often juiced, and end with all the necessities of those on the other side of the law.

Highleaf, Drink of the Sleepers, Powdered Feeble and all other sorts of illegal drugs that outlaws, sellswords and even some higher nobility were keen to purchase at high prices. Abel was open for business for those who knew how to ask the right questions. The whores and the gambling? Those were vices alright, and he offered them too. But nothing quite gave Abel such a high as being a one stop shop for everything and anything. And he finally had one source, and perhaps tomorrow he'd have a million.

"Abel Kavanagh over at the Golden Inn, he can get it for ya." ... that's what those folk'll be saying soon enough, and that left a good taste in the mans mouth.
