Makai Location: To the far west of Carmathyn; Namaki Ocean separates the countries.
Makai Capital: The Floating Isle of Ravenstone.
Capital Population: Rook Village
Landmarks: Three rivers divide Ravenstone in three parts. Karas, Koten, and Murder Rivers. Ravenstone Keep sits at the crossroads of the three rivers, utilizing the water source for defense, and domestic outlets.
Other Landmarks: The mainland below Ravenstone is for the most part uncharted territories, loosely maintained by the various denizens and renegade creatures who make their homes among the forests, mountains, and coastal areas. Near the Ravenstone Isle's loom, the Chasuji Mountains dip into the Crevan Falls, spilling it's waters down into the Vimeo River. In the nearby forest is a hidden pool named Raven's Eclipse Lake. The kitsune have populated the Crevan Falls, and Raven's Eclipse Lake area for years; but they are not the only organized group to believe this area sacred.
Political Identity: There are three political heads rising up from the uncivilized land of Makai; the Karasu Tengu in Ravenstone, the Inari Kitsune in Crevan Falls, and the Kawataro Imps. Unlike the first two, the Kawataro did not originate in Makai; they are invaders who have seemingly cropped up in recent years to the point of complete infestation.
