COMMANDER - The Commander is the Scar whom is currently in charge of all the Scar, and their allies on Rhy'Din and in Eldon Heath. They are answerable only to the Scar Elders who reside in the Empire.
CAPTAIN - The Captain is the second and right hand man of the Commander. If the Commander is not planet side, or out of commission the Captain takes over all of the Commander's duties.
LIEUTENANT - The Lieutenant is the third in command, and his or her duties follow suit. They are responsible for the clan and its members should the Commander and Captain be off planet.
