Eldon Heath is just like most other fantasy worlds, so most of the languages one would speak in other fantasy worlds, can be spoken here. You come into the game knowing common, and 2 other languages.
The language of Eldon Heath is called "kh'ronish".
Most speak "common", though, except in some of the smaller villages and out of the way places.
Though your character may know languages that work on other worlds, you are allowed to choose 2 of the following languages that will assist you in adventuring here. Of course if your character would not know any of them and you want to choose an off-world language to take up a language slot, that is for you to decide!
Here are some of the other languages you can choose to speak besides "common":
Abyssal : Demons, Chaotic Evil Outsiders
Aquan : Water-based Creatures
Ancient : A dead language, much like Latin
Auran : Air-based Creatures
Black Tongue : Orcs, Evil Cultists, Dark Mages
Celestial: Good Outsiders
Common: The common trade tongue most can speak.
Commonsign: Sign language of common (used by deaf usually).
Draconic : Kobolds, Troglodytes, Lizardfolk, Dragons
Drow/Undercommon : Drow, Mind Flayers
Drowsign/Undersign: Drow sign language
Druidic : Druids (only)
Dwarven Dwarves Dwarven
Elven : Elves
Giant : Ogres, Giants
