actually, sort of taking a second class right now.. seeing and learning whom

the form of an iron golem. They are able to sense veins of ore in the earth,
and are usually very proficient metalsmiths and weaponsmiths. Another type of

wasn't, maybe that'd be the biggest lesson to her.. who is Mela, but she came
with an open mind all the same, you never know what could be picked up of

Compass that always allows them to know which is North. They can move through
the landscape of whatever type of druid they are without being held back. A
forest druid can

swamp druid could move through the marsh or swamps. They are very good with
herbs and some are alchemists. They are healers, they heal, they remove
diseases, they give

called. But, sometimes terrible things happen. As with all of us, the lure of
the darkness and of evil or less than good paths call to us. Sometimes, they
wish more power.

has their grove burned and destroyed, will more than likely have something
within them change. Perhaps they go stark raving mad. Say that a group of
drow burn down a
Halo of Noire: druid's grove. A druid could go so insane with anger that he
only thinks of revenge. And not just revenge against the ones that destroyed
his natural habitat, but against all drow. The anger and hatred and thirst
for revenge taints
Halo of Noire: the druid. Sometimes they are referred to as Lost Druids. If
a druid turns completely evil, they are known as Dark Side Druids. A Dark
Side Druid can be quite the formidable enemy. Dark Side Druids may use

power. A drunk, very little power. The higher level spell they wish to

arctic wastes would use water and ice, perhaps air more. A druid from the
tunnels below, may choose earth. Which, leads us into what I wish to say
next. There are various types

the earth. After all, nature has produced the metal, yes? A druid who focuses
on metals and ores may be able to have a spell that gives them an Iron Body
allowing them

to the questions, eyes never would leave Mela. Beyond this class 'timah was
actually, sort of taking a second class right now.. seeing and learning whom
Mela was. Since
Halo of Noire: a defense. Or perhaps as their shapeshifting they will take
the form of an iron golem. They are able to sense veins of ore in the earth,
and are usually very proficient metalsmiths and weaponsmiths. Another type of
druid perhaps

wasn't, maybe that'd be the biggest lesson to her.. who is Mela, but she came
with an open mind all the same, you never know what could be picked up of
importance.

body, or actually creates a defensive wall. As I said before, druids are
many things...I'll just name a few talents and spells that druids might
choose. Bardic spells that

Compass that always allows them to know which is North. They can move through
the landscape of whatever type of druid they are without being held back. A
forest druid can
Halo of Noire: move through undergrowth without it slowing them down. A
swamp druid could move through the marsh or swamps. They are very good with
herbs and some are alchemists. They are healers, they heal, they remove
diseases, they give

have animal companions. An animal companion for a druid is much closer than
a familiar and a companion connects deeply with the druid. In some cases, it

a weapon creating something called a Totem Weapon, it allows that weapon AND

druid's companions are even more interesting, they are plants. They can pour
a tiny portion of their own lives into saplings or brambles and form a plant

companion could do such things as glowing in the dark like a torch called
bioluminescence. Or produce pollen dust as a distraction to enemies. They may
hold poison, or have

also could have tremorsense allowing their druid an even greater knowledge of

another condequence if severe enough. They may not be 'evil' per say, but
more renegade than the

evil. And, notice that I say 'turns'. Most if not all "evil" druids, were not
always that way. A druid starts off as completely neutral. They are attuned
to nature. They
Halo of Noire: may attach themselves to a grove or "Circle" as they are
called. But, sometimes terrible things happen. As with all of us, the lure of
the darkness and of evil or less than good paths call to us. Sometimes, they
wish more power.

Halo of Noire: Most times, something drastic happens to them. A druid who
has their grove burned and destroyed, will more than likely have something
within them change. Perhaps they go stark raving mad. Say that a group of
drow burn down a
Halo of Noire: druid's grove. A druid could go so insane with anger that he
only thinks of revenge. And not just revenge against the ones that destroyed
his natural habitat, but against all drow. The anger and hatred and thirst
for revenge taints
Halo of Noire: the druid. Sometimes they are referred to as Lost Druids. If
a druid turns completely evil, they are known as Dark Side Druids. A Dark
Side Druid can be quite the formidable enemy. Dark Side Druids may use
ritual sacrifices for

Halo of Noire: power or divining purposes. They may choose to kill a victim,
tear out the entrails, and read them for signs. Some may do this to gain the
favor of a certain darker deity. Now, there are some mages that power
themselves off
Halo of Noire: sacrifice. A child gives quite a bit of power. A virgin, more
power. A drunk, very little power. The higher level spell they wish to
perform, the more sacrifices at one time they need. There is something called
a Wicker Man, that

types. Stuffing something full of creatures to sacrifice, then setting the

changes them....which may cause them to become a solitary creature set on
revenge, warps and twists their minds against anything not of the natural
world around them. And

Druids." She paused, flipping her notes, then looking to the time. She
glanced up. "Any questions or comments?"

at all of guiding them back ? Or are they simply lost forever?"

Halo of Noire: "I would say that given the nature of most humanoids, that
there is always a chance for hope or redemption. Some who may go to the dark
side while wishing for revenge, who limit that to only a small group, once
that is done they may
Halo of Noire: settle and realize what they've done. It depends on the
person I'd say. And, as druids like to say, there is a little darkness in the
light, and there is a little light in the darkness. If you understand what I
mean."
