History:
- The Crafts Man -
The block of willow was purchased from a man who claimed to have the best in stock. Getting it home he eyed one side then the other seeing if the shape of it was correct. It seemed the man had not laid and in fact the wood was the best. Not one knot was on that wood and it was set to soak in the water.
The wood was retrieved and shaped into the mold that was needed. A Violin mold one that could fit the hand of any musician who had a talent closes to his own. The ribs were molded, curving her body in such a way that the C line of her body's curve. It shaped her still, making sure each part connected and was stitched into place.
The ribs were taken and attached to the small woman's body giving it its strength. Another line of wood was placed inside reinforcing the artisan work. The spruce and scroll came next, placing it on either side of her. It matched her giving her a look that was unique all on it's own.
He took his tool and dug into her body. Shaping it and making sure each peek was correct. The lines of it etched her skin cutting her into perfection. Sealed her with a bow, and ebony to perfect before the crafts had to show the spell.
She was made for a reason, to put herself in order for the living. A spell was enchanted onto the woman making her a living creation in a way. Music it was the only thing the Violin knew. Every song it could want it knew and every song you could request it would fetch from your memory. Its true talent was to make others happy and play what they wish.
- The purchase -
The day the man came into the shop he had no idea what he was truly doing for his brother. He wanted something unique to give as a wedding present for the man. On coming to that show he knew exactly what he wanted, since it was truly the best gift.
He laid the gold down and took it home. A few days before the wedding he presented it for the couple. When the man and woman walked down the isle she was the one singing them to it. As they danced the first dance as a couple, she was there for it. Even as the years went by they invited her every day into their life asking her to play the songs they wished but still something was missing.
They were to alike (the man and woman) and the could not produce a child. Try as they may, potion after potion, spell after spell nothing could be considered. It was not until one day when her string broke and the woman lovingly was replacing it that the idea came to mind. Why not use something in their life to make a child? And this was the perfect thing!
The man was a mage, one that worked with the art of blood. He thought his wife was crazy at first wondering how this would work. Blood was mixed and the magic assented (with a little help of the friends) and soon she was changed.
- The Changing. -
Ribs to ribs, wood to flesh she created in the likeness of her mother and father. A child of ten with a busting personality that was not sure what to do in the world. It confused her what the world was as she had only observed it in a way but never got to live in it.
The woman truly had been morphed into the middle of her life and had no clue how to respond. It took her Mother and Father years to mold her correctly and teach her the rights from wrong. Even still some things were hard for her to gather and over the years they opted to age her using bits and peieces of potions as they went along.
Once her now humanoid form was that of a teenager they stopped the aging to just watch her grow. By now the parents had a lot of work to do and often left her in the loving care of Charlie.
