On second thought...
Racial Skill: Keen Senses - +5 to all senses checks [listen, spot/search, scent, ect.]

Okay, another suggestion.

Since everything is pretty much "You gain more with rank," why not make registered spells the same way.

Rosha - 1 during adventure
Abet'zi - 2 during adventure
Mel'yn - 3 during adventure
Grinja - 4 during adventure
Gles'ni - 5 during adventure

and so on, you get the basic idea [and can switch it up or say no or whatever, of course lol.] Just an idea.
